Good reasons to write
- Corrections & accuracy. Spotted a compensation amount or rule that's changed, a broken link, or something we got wrong? Please tell us — we date-stamp our content and fix errors quickly. It's the most useful email you can send us. See our editorial standards.
- Questions about a guide or tool. If something isn't clear, ask — it usually means we can explain it better for everyone.
- Partnerships & press. Working on something relevant to air-passenger rights? We're happy to hear about it.
- How we're funded. Curious about our referral model? It's all explained on how we make money.
What to expect
We typically reply within a few business days. One thing we can't do: give legal advice for your specific case, or file or manage a claim for you — DelayPayer publishes general information, not personalised advice or claim handling (here's why). For a binding answer, the airline, your national enforcement body, or a licensed lawyer is the right call, and we'll often tell you exactly when that's worth it.
